Description – Interior Design Project

Our Brief:

This client engaged with us after purchasing a red brick/weatherboard home which was a renovator’s delight. After much planning and thinking over by others, our client asked us to look over the floorplans as they weren’t entirely sure the current designs were what they were after.

We came on board and rejigged the first floor layout by relocating the staircase to a different location giving the master bedroom retreat upstairs more space and a better flow.

We also assisted in designing two bathrooms and a powder room, custom joinery including the kitchen, butler’s pantry, laundry, wardrobes and an alfresco BBQ Kitchen.

Construction documentation including plans, sections and elevations were produced for both the client and the builder.

During construction we attended regular site meetings to resolve any issues and discuss architectural and interior details on site.
