Interior Design Studio

This is our space where we get creative! Our interior designers and stylists work on our client’s briefs designing houses, extensions, renovations, styling, decorating and much more.  The design studio is full of natural light and is styled with it’s own interiors and custom joinery, a perfect environment to design and host our client consultations and presentations.

Our Customer Service Process:

Halvorsen Interiors offers a dedicated customer service for all of our online customers. 

From the online order date through to delivery to your home, our Halvorsen Interiors customer service representatives will support you throughout the entire process. Our team is contactable via email and phone at all times.  Emails are generally answered the same day and the landline is monitored 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Our team is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have throughout your order process.  

Our 5 star Google review rating reflects the personal and dedicated customer service that we provide. We believe that clear communication is priceless which leads to a smooth, stress-free order process for our customers. 

Our dedicated customer service includes:

  • Contacting customers after the order has been placed via phone call and/or email.
  • Ongoing communication is made via email, which includes: Delivery, logistics and lead time updates. 
  • For most large furniture orders, we contact the customer to discuss and pencil in a potential delivery date, which is then confirmed by one of our professional Furniture Freight Partners. 
  • For smaller pieces we typically email through tracking details that you can follow, so you know when to expect your order to be delivered.
  • We contact the customer post delivery to ensure the service and item is to their satisfaction.

Premium Furniture Delivery Service:

We offer a premium delivery service for our online orders.  This is a free* (terms apply) delivery incentive when ordering online with Halvorsen Interiors.  

Larger pieces are transported with our dedicated professional Furniture Freight Partners who are equipped to transport large heavy fragile pieces interstate. Our partners travel interstate on a regular basis.

Our furniture freight partners contact (text or phone call) our customers directly 1-2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date to arrange the delivery.  They will also contact the customer on the day of delivery. 

Not ready to receive your order yet?

If you are renovating, building or moving home and don’t require your items to be delivered yet, we can store your order in the warehouse for free until your preferred delivery date.
