Description – Interior Design Project

Our Brief:

The owner of Sachs Real Estate enquired about our services after meeting with a few commercial interior designers. Our client was after a more ‘residential feel’ for his office space, hence engaging with us as we specialise in residential design.

We don’t usually take on commercial fit-outs but due to our client’s passion and vision for design we decided to take on this special project.

The space was a small and challenging shape. The brief was to include a reception area, a ‘semi-private’ board room, two private offices, a casual break out area and a kitchenette all within 70m2.

No expense was spared with this fit-out, we selected reclaimed french oak chevron flooring, black steel framed windows, doors and office partitions. Bespoke joinery with timber, metal and natural marble finishes. Stunning silk curtains to the boardroom with an invisible ceiling track flush with-in the ceiling. Detailed skirting boards, mouldings and cornices to give a sophisticated, elegant and luxury finish.

The front door was custom designed to suit our client’s vision, extra large, detailed and an extremely glossy finish!

The facade of the building was redesigned with an Art Deco design influence. The transformation was incredible.
